Abstract submission and editing instructions

1/ All abstracts of the papers you wish to present during the Congress (as oral communication or poster) shall be submitted ONLINE, therefore please access the Online Registration and Accommodation Form.
 
2/ Abstracts sent via mail, fax or any e-mail address (of the Congress or of the Congress' Management) will NOT be accepted.
 
3/ Authors of the abstracts must register and pay the Participation Fee until  March 1^st, 2012. Abstracts of authors not registered and not having their Participation Fee paid will not be accepted.
 
4/ Abstracts should be written in Romanian and English and they will not exceed 250 words.
 
5/ For the editing of your abstract:
a) Use the Times New Roman font, size 12, at one line spacing;
b) The text will be written without paragraph alignment or any other indent;
c) The title of the abstract will be written in CAPITALS, on maximum two lines, in both Romanian and English;
d) The abstract should not include graphics, photos or sketches.
 
6/ The contact details of the author shall provide the following information, in this mentioned order: last name, first name, establishment, department, city, country.
 
7/ The number of the co-authors is limited to 10 (ten).
 
8/ The content of the abstract must be of informational value and it should specify:
a) the objectives;
b) material and methods used;
c) results;
d) conclusions.
 
9/ The bibliography should not be inserted in the abstract.
 
10/  Along with sending the abstract, the presenting author must also:
- take full responsibility for the presented content;
- confirm that all the authors of the submitted document are aware and agree with the content;
- grant to the Organizers permission to publish the abstract in the 2012 SRATI Abstract CD, seen that the abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee.

ABSTRACTS THAT DON'T FOLLOW THE RULES ABOVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
