e-Posters

If the abstract you have submitted has been accepted as an e-Poster, the poster will be done in an electronic format, according to the instructions presented below.
The e-Posters will be presented exclusively on electronic devices, being displayed on the plasma screens placed all throughout the Congress, in a specially designated area.

The e-Posters will be sent to the Congress secretariat no later than the 16^th of April, 2012.

e-Poster Presentation Guide:
•    Portret orientation (aspect ratio 16:9)
•    PowerPoint format (1 slide per presenation) or .jpg (recommended size: 768x1024 pixels)
•    Recommended fonts: Arial, Tahoma, Times New Roman, 1 line spacing, 20 pts for the headline and 12 pts for the abstract’s content. For a better visibility of the projection, it is recommended that light fonts are used on a darker background.
•    Charts, sketches and photos may be used in the poster, at an optimum resolution
•    No multimedia presentations (audio/video) will be inserted in the poster

The e-Posters that do not follow the above mentioned instructions will not be accepted.
